- Your photos — processed in real-time, then discarded
- Generated images — sent to your browser only, not stored on our servers
- Biometric data — we don't create facial recognition databases
- Device/location data — we don't track you

3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted services to operate PhotoGenProMax:
Polar.sh (Payments)

Supabase (Authentication)

Google AI (Image Generation)
Your photos are sent to Google's AI services for processing. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Kept while your account is active, deleted within 30 days after you delete your account
- Purchase records: Kept for 7 years (tax/legal requirements)
- Photos and generated images: Not stored

- Correct — fix inaccurate information
- Delete — remove your account and data
- Export — receive your data in a portable format
